The first Century of the International Commission on Mathematical Instruction. Reflecting and Shaping the World of Mathematics Education

To celebrate the Centennial of the founding of the ICMI, an international symposium, entitled The First Century of the International Commission on Mathematical Instruction: Reflecting and Shaping the World of Mathematics Education was held in Rome, 5-8 March 2008 (http://www.unige.ch/math/EnsMath/Rome2008/).
